In this artifact, I discussed my model of supervision. I emphasized that supervisors should include mentorship, gatekeeping, and teaching.
In this artifact, this model supports my style of clinical supervision and elaborates on how I tailor my approach based on the current needs of the supervisee.
These artifacts demonstrate how I will utilize culturally relevant strategies when conducting supervision. I have learned the importance of meeting supervisees where they are at and utilizing strategies that meet the needs of the supervisee.
Developing leadership-level knowledge, skills, and practices in supervision has been both enriching and transformative. A most impactful area is integrating theory with practice while balancing the roles and responsibilities of a future educator, supervisor, and mentor. Cultivating an environment that fosters ethical decision-making and critical thinking has helped to shape my identity as a supervisor. I have been reminded of the need for continued professional development for both supervisors and supervisees.
An area of strength that I have developed in this program is my ability to provide constructive feedback that is growth-oriented while also providing support. I have learned the importance of engaging in intentional supervision that focuses on the supervisee’s self-awareness, clinical skills, and ethical considerations. Moving forward, I want to foster an environment where supervisees are confident in their decision-making and continue developing their clinical professional competencies.
One challenge is learning how to navigate addressing supervision skill deficits and ethical concerns. I want to encourage growth while maintaining an ethical learning environment. I plan to seek mentorship from a supervisor who has more experience to develop excellence.
Faith in Christ influences how I approach supervision. Christ is a leader who is relational, graceful, and humble. As a supervisor, I want to create an environment that is safe and supportive, which fosters an environment that encourages growth. I strive to approach supervisees with compassion and focus on progress instead of perfection. It is going to involve having accountability with supervisees and professional excellence. I am committed to the personal and professional formation of my supervisees.
Hagia is a growing real estate company specializing in urban property listings with a premium feel. They approached me to completely redesign their outdated website and align it with their current branding, business goals, and customer expectations.
The goal was to create a seamless experience that balances professionalism with visual appeal—one that resonates with modern buyers while maintaining trust and clarity throughout the user journey.
The old website lacked structure, consistency, and emotional impact. Navigation was confusing, listings were hard to browse, and the overall visual direction didn’t reflect Hagia’s credibility or ambition.
We needed a solution that would not only present properties beautifully but also streamline user experience, encourage inquiries, and position Hagia as a trustworthy, modern brand in a competitive market.
I began with a discovery session to understand Hagia’s brand tone, audience, and goals. After mapping the user flow, I designed wireframes that emphasized intuitive navigation and content hierarchy.
We crafted a bold, modern layout with large visuals, interactive maps, and refined typography to build both trust and aspiration.
Hagia’s new website saw a significant lift in engagement, lower bounce rate, and better conversion. The sleek design now supports their sales strategy while giving buyers a reason to stay longer and explore.
From visual design to strategic branding, I’m ready to help your ideas shine with clarity and impact. Let’s collaborate.
